Vita

Christophe de la Fontaine is the owner of Christophe de la Fontaine Industrial Design with its headquarters in Luxembourg, which he founded in 2010, and the co-founder of DANTE Goods and Bads in Neukirchen (Germany), a furniture brand, in 2012. After completing a degree in sculpture at the Lycee des Arts et Metiers, he studied industrial design with Richard Sapper at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart from 1996 to 2002 and took over as the head of the design department in Patricia Urquiola’s studio in 2003. During this time, Christophe was also active as a freelance designer and had his works shown in many art and design exhibitions. (September 2016)
