Vita

Sabine Spitz has been an outstanding figure in German mountain-biking sport for the past ten years. The brand-new silver-medal winner in cross-country racing in the 2012 London Olympics, the multiple world champion and European champion has meanwhile earned a total of 24 international medals. She began her mountain-biking career in 1994. In addition to her professional sports activities, she also works as an ambassador for IN VIA, an Association for Girls’ and Women’s Social Work and has founded the Sabine-Spitz Foundation for the support of disadvantaged young people.
