Duck Hsieh,the only Chinese designer who has received the most international industrial design awards including the iF, Reddot and G-mark, today. By possessing the Oriental philosophy, Hsieh’s works arise complexity of simplicity, and have stretched across from crafts, fashion to technology territories. He owns a private sensorial material lab (S.M.L.) and acts as a consultant for the national Industrial Technology Research Institute, and expects to intergate advance technologies into the commercial products.In addtion to the design director position in Duck image, he is a lecturer in various design school and institutions, such as TungHai University、DaYeh university and Xue-Xue institute.
