Students and recent graduates often find it difficult to protect their designs against copyright infringements. Therefore, we recommend the following institutions that can help you with protecting your designs, depending on country of origin.
The Trade Mark and Designs Registration Office of the European Union (OHIM), located in Alicante, Spain, offers effective protection against copyright infringement. As soon as your design is registered as a community design, it will be protected in each European Union member state.
