Ensemble Chair / Furniture

Ensemble Chair
Ensemble Chair

The Ensemble Chair is a swivel chair that creates interaction with the user through the production of musical notes. The caster wheels attached to the chair have integrated music boxes which produce musical notes when moved. There are five casters on each chair and each castor can produce a different musical note. Multiple Ensemble chairs and their users can produce an unintentional group interaction resulting in the creation of a unique mutually shared musical experience. The Ensemble Chair not only can be used for playful interaction between users but also has a potential use for visually impaired people.
