Vampires in modern civilization: Standby Power

Even if the electric appliances seem to draw no power when they are switched off, the truth is that they are continuously consuming the electricity.
In everyday life, the standby power is consumed by various sources of electric devices. One of them, a cell phone charger - an everyday device for most people - is left plugged in all day long because of its design and serviceability which eventually causes standby power.
We would like to introduce a design concept of human-friendly cell phone charger with a motive of bringing user’s action to reduce the waste of energy.
