Origami Geschirr
Origami Geschirr

This dinnerware consists of different bowls, plates and cups. To get the design, paper was folded in different ways. Under the principle of the origami tradition, to use square paper, without cutting and gluing. Afterwards those paper models were doused with plaster to create a model to fabricate the porcelain. The final product from ceramic looks still like folded paper.
The concep twas to combine the tableware with the food which is served on it. Because origami is the Japanese tradition of paperfolding, these project is made for Asian food.
