Snow Dropp / Luminaire

Snow Dropp

The aim of this project was to create an outdoor light source using LED technology. The light source should be light and energy efficient and it should blend in well with the environment it is placed in.

Snow Dropp is a solar powered, outdoor, LED light source used for decorating pathways and plantations in private gardens.

The inspiration comes from the Snow drop. A common flower in Sweden which is significant for the early spring. The slender construction is capable of both blending in to its environment as well as differentiate itself from its surroundings.
