Divers use underwater scooters to move more effectively and quickly in rescuing and exploring activities in the sea. Underwater scooters (dpv) refer to a device that is to increase action radius of divers with 5km speed in water because it has propeller. For such divers, underwater scooters are convenient but restrict both hands. The following device is convenient to divers who enjoy rescuing, exploring and leisure activities by making up for the inconvenience of air containers used by divers and adding the function of underwater scooter to widen the action radius.
