The Vorwerk annual report is an expression of the individuality as a family-owned enterprise. Over the past 28 years, Vorwerk has turned its annual report into a collector’s item with the clever use of playful design elements, unexpected illustrations, a touch of self-irony and by focusing on a single theme. A change on the design side posed Vorwerk with the challenge of modernizing the existing concept while at the same time preserving its essence. Also the remit for the annual report was to place greater emphasis on the customer proximity typical both of the company and direct sales and on Vorwerk’s international focus.
