This is a cell-phone that enables even the visually-impaired learn the facial expression of the person they are talking to. When conversing, hang the body part around your neck and hold the head in your hand. The camera recognizes the facial expressions and transmits the information to the head part. The head will then creates the same expression by moving the wires underneath the cloth for the visually impaired to touch it. You can take a photo of your facial expression and send it out to other people.
