when you using bottle-opener, common bottle-opener must be used pull-up at bottom to upper direct. Then your wrist is too folding so your wrist get too much stress. To solve this problem i changed bottle-opener using direction. This opener can be used by pushing front direction by one hand. if you using this opener, your wrist has less stress, and free another hand.
