Although the trend is that world's illiteracy rate has decreased,
actually illiterate people are not decreased as world's population has increased.
The youth and the elderly of 3rd world are deprived of the education,
therefore they cannot write but say.
't-dic' takes a photograph of the object and transforms it into text.
For instance, 't-dic' recognizes an apple and indicates the vocabulary 'Apple',
notifying the information of it, when an apple is laid behind a transparent window.
Because of this method, the people can teach themselves at the same time use 't-dic'
by applying it without help.
