dawn / Downhill Skateboard Helmet

Combined with the shock absorbing hard-foam and the viscoelastic dampers, the egg-shaped, self-luminous fiberglass shell makes for unmatched safety. Due to insulated air, the spherical double visor does not fog up even in cold condition. Air is being drawn out of the helmet through two exhaust channels leading from above the forehead through the fairing, which also improves aerodynamics. The production has been optimized for a small market: the hard-foam elements of the inner helmet are cut out of sheet material and thermo-molded. With the modular manufacturing process, Skeleton and BASE-jump helmets can be produced with small adjustments.
