Lufthansa AG: media-based spatial presentation to convey complex corporate strategy. How can Lufthansa AG train its staff to understand the company and provide an experience of the brands so that they consistently represent these brands vis-à-vis customers? Lufthansa AG commissioned dan pearlman markenarchitektur to develop a brand academy based around the media presentation of a tower. Customer needs, brands and strategies are conveyed educationally by means of a 360° projection of audio visually prepared information with interactive elements and trained guides. This powerful 3D-experience ensures that the new material learned is acquired on a lasting basis.
