The key message “Enhance People’s Lives with Lighting” of Philips Lighting’s new stand concept on EuroShop 2005 again stands for the significance of light in everyday life: the more light, the more life! The idea is made especially evident in the area of shop lighting. What makes the perfect shopping experience? The answer is an inspiring shopping mall and retail environment, a Philips Lightcity in the endless sea of choices, showing shop design in an entirely new light. Application-oriented shopping worlds of light are the centre of attention. No boring product show, a light performance of typical objects drawn from life is the central idea. The result is a patchwork of eleven shopping spaces rich enough in colour and contrast to grace the stage.
