Chinese Timekeeper
Chinese Timekeeper

In people’s mind, they are familiar with a kind of timer called sundial. However, there is another more accurate and aesthetical one ---- the ancient water clock. It originate from ZHOU dynasty and it’s used not only in ancient china but also in ancient Egypt and Babylon. The water is used as its pointer and the scale is used as its dial plate. The water column is the minute pointer. The 12 pieces of lights means 12 hours and the 12 scale of minute pointer. You can get it from the picture next. Now this redesigned ancient product is named as a Chinese name “Shi zhi lou ke”.
