Development of a new print campaign that shows the low-cost Germanwings flights from Germany to the major capitals in Europe. When flight routes like the ones are such good value they immediately bring cities closer to one another. Based on this thought we put the skylines of two destinations in one visual. Instead of just mixing famous landmarks in one ad we decided to illustrate the skylines of the cities. We used the negative space between the buildings to create another skyline that you can easily recognize if the ad is turned 180° on its head. The intelligent, unseen picture mechanic motivates to follow up the visualization.
