AIM bottles / water bottle (cap)

AIM bottles
AIM bottles

Water is an essential nutrient. Even mild dehydration can affect mood as well as physical and cognitive performance. Often people drink too little which is why I designed the AIM bottles: a collection of bottles that are grouped in a self-chosen network. By drinking you send a signal to the other bottles that is translated into bubbles. These bubbles function as a reminder that should encourage others to drink too. Besides that you’ll also get an idea of what the people in your network are doing and get to know their habits. This way you can not only remind and stimulate each other, but also slightly get to know each other in a different way.
