Arita is a set of corporate typefaces for the Korean cosmetics company AMOREPACIFIC. Arita was heralded with Arita Dotum in 2005 and became a complete typeface family with the addition of Arita Sans in 2011 and Arita Buri in 2013. Arita embodies the image of elegant, sophisticated and modern Asian women with the motif of what AMOREPACIFIC pursues – healthy beauty. Beautifully curved strokes reflect the movement of handwriting, and their elegant and yet simple form conveys the unique beauty of Arita typefaces.
