DIY lamp canopy / lamp canopy

DIY lamp canopy

To give shape and extend function of lamp canopy which is needed to cover the luster terminal as well as the hole in the ceiling essential when connecting a hanging light. A mass productive object mostly fabricated out of cheap and not ecological PVC is not convincing enough to bring joy and function to light and consumers. It is a product which is asking for an aesthetic and focused design, to demonstrate its own quality and make consumers aware of its existence and space of freedom, offering differentiation. The concept is creating 3D shapes from 2D printed cardboard paper using folding techniques, to pimp up your individual light.
