Moon rising low / Street Lamp

Moon rising low
Moon rising low

'Moonlight reaches everyone equally.'

Motorcycles are major means of transportation and delivery in poorer urban areas with dense population.
"Moon rising low" is a sensitive design project to solve lighting issues in narrow and dark alleys and parking issues of automobile parked recklessly in those alleys. "Moon rising low" recharges itself in the daytime with spinning wheels of motorcycles and use charged power to light dark alleys. A new moon would rise on the wheels of automobile to people in areas where there is no even moonlight to break up the darkness.
