Tire rupture caused by nails is an issue often encountered by drivers, and are dangerous if not taken care of. However, when driving at high speeds, drivers do not receive warnings when tires are ruptured by nails. TMS is a tire-detecting system, which directs electric current into the steel belt layer of the tire through a well-designed circuit. When a tire is ruptured by a nail, the current sensor detects the current generated by grounding the positive current from the contact between the nail and ground surface. It gives a warning signal, and the driver is alerted by a warning light displayed on the dashboard to improve driving safety.
