wamo / Modular Furniture Concept

wamo
wamo

Wamo is a modular sitting furniture for public spaces like waiting areas, exhebitions or other large events.

Each module consists of 19 stamps which are spring-mounted through an air-suspended system adjusting to all different weights and sizes. The hexagonal base allows a large variety of arrangements that can form both linear and organic layouts inspired by natural occuring honeycombs.

Every comb resemples one seat which can be arranged for either large relaxing areas or small discussion groups.

The system while being transportated only occupies small space but also stays permanently when installed.
