How will we feed 9 billion people? Without jeopardizing livestock and valuable resourceful land ?
At a time where the human population is growing at a tremendous pace, humans have started finding alternate solutions to meet the requirements for food. Clam is a product which for the first time uses tissue engineering of algae to generate proteins which it 3d prints into edible protein rich patties. A concept with a strong technological foundation Clam is the future.
Process - input of algae in place of serum, Generation of protein tissue, Storage of the tissue, 3d print on the demand of user.
