Usually we tend to over water the plant which is not suitable for the plant.
When the user pours water in the planter it gets absorbed in the soil. The excess water starts seeping at the bottom where it is stored by special arrangement. When the water in the soil gets absorbed by the plant, the excess water stored is again given to the soil by capillary action. Thus it reuses the excess water whenever required. The shape of the planter is also such that it can be easily mounted at various places as well as can be placed on the floor in a group of two or three occupying less space.
