Leitstuhl / Chair out of hardboard

The »Leichtstuhl« has a weight of two kg. Its material is normally used for cabinet rear walls. Hardboard with a thickness of only three mm is stabilized by the way how it it is proceeded. The physical principle of tensile and compressive stress, which takes place in a supporting skeleton of the surfaces, hollow profiles are used to give the chair its usability and can operate it as a piece of furniture. An invisible connector made out of multiplex supports the transition from back to seat. There no more conectionmaterials used within the »Leichtstuhl«. Based on Classical production processes the chair could be produced by local manufactures.
