Earplug for blind swimmer

Swimming is one of the best exercises, but blind people have difficulties benefit from it. Normal people can see the end of waterway and knows when to turn around, but it's hard for a blind to do the same. Therefore, blind athletes employ tapper using a long stick to warn them from bombing into the wall. This can also be applied to non-athlete blind people.
Incorporated near field communication to create an internet of things, Tapper includes a shore label and a pair of earplugs which vibrates while getting near to the shore or another plug. With modern technology, tapper provides an equal opportunity for blind people to swim.
