During infusions, accidents happened from time to time. Especially when the liquid has ran out, air could enter the blood vessels and causes so called gas embolism. It would cause serious physical damage and even leads to death.
By using the rectilinear propagation and refraction principle of light, Safedrip uses infrared probe to illuminate the liquid in the infusion bottle and sends a signal to the infrared sensor. And Safedrip will alerts nurses and people nearby before the liquid drops to an alarming level.
