Seaurchin Rescue Ball

We design a Rescue Float of Ball which can prevant from global warming and sea level rise.
The maximum capacity for the Rescue Float of Ball is 3 people and has a cabinet of food and emergency tool.
The solar-powered equipment equipment a part of photo source at night.
A module build by a rescue float of ball and the pavement.
After linking a module and a module which can let the people walk on that and help each other.
And it can link more than 10 or less.
