LIGHTINGALE / medical device

LIGHTINGALE
LIGHTINGALE

An intravenous drip has an impact on patients. However, there is a danger that blood flows backward when it runs short of fluid. Also, an IV needs frequent care since the injecting time varies. “Lightingale” has a light bulb, at the top of the device, generated every time the patient moves and walks. The technology, so-called Energy Harvesting, helps medical staff recognize how the fluid is left, and protects patients from risks at night.
