rested. / sea burial urn

rested.
rested.

rested. is the idea of a sea burial urn that is marks the final resting spot of the deceased, allowing family members to know where he/she ends up after the sea burial. The urn is made up of 2 components. The body is made of biodegradable corn plastic with a lid made of compressed fibre held together by a water-soluble binder. This compartment is used to hold the larger pieces of cremated remains and dispersing them after the lid is broken down. The second component is a water-tight vessel made of stainless steel. This vessel holds a symbolic amount of powdered cremated remains, embed with a tracking tag.
