The Temporary Commission on House Prices of the Dutch House of Representatives conducted research into developments on the residential property market. The research report “Buyer’s Costs” tells the story behind twenty years of rising house prices. It was presented via a website and should be understandable for everyone. Fabrique provided the visual design. The story is told through design illustrations and info graphics. The style is in line with the House of Representatives Corporate Design, but takes it a step further. The website’s simple look makes it extremely accessible. No one reading it should be put off and think “this isn’t for me”.
