In daily life, we are easily scalding when drinking hot liquid with a straw, especially when the liquid come into mouth quickly.
This bottle's straw has a controller which used the principle of thermal expansion and contraction to control the liquid flow rate in straw. The controller's inwall has setted a thin film, with air between the wall and the film.
When the controller stays in the liquid of room temperature, the film is in a loose state, so the liquid can be smoothly passed.
When it stays in hot liquid, the air between the wall and the air will expand,and hold up the film making the diameter smaller reduce or stop the liquid flow rate.
