Gib's mir / deposit bottle tree

Gib's mir

How can you prevent people having to search for bottles in the trash?
‚Gib‘s mir‘ is a ‚bottle tree‘ for public spaces. People in need can easily pick up the empty deposit bottles which are disposed by passersby instead of searching for them in trash bins and so escape the contemptuous looks.
Passersby get rid of their valuable trash in a way that they do a good deed.
A trial with our prototype was a complete success: within half an hour 33 bottles were collected.
We wanted to change the people‘s behaviour towards a more sustainable social attitude.
