Ordering a cup of coffee today faces you with a list of questions, such as: filter coffee, café crema, cappuccino, latte, or cafè au lait? Any flavour? If so, which one should it be? Hazelnut, almond or vanilla? Whole milk, low fat, soy milk? Small, medium or large in size? For here or to go?
The number of possibilities and choices seems infinite. This is an everyday example which can be transferred to many things.

Dealing with the difficulties of decision making in case of oversupply, a portfolio featuring 8 single products was created, in order to demonstrate, analyse, provide information and approaches to finding your way through.
