Annual Report 2011 –
Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt.
On their way towards a global exchange organization, 2011 was an eventful year for Deutsche Börse Group. The targeted merger with the New York stock exchange NYSE Euronext was intended to become a next step into this direction and was thus dominating daily business. Outcome: uncertain. The task for the annual report: finding a concept that would work with any conceivable decision on the merger. Focusing on the global locations of Deutsche Börse just suited perfectly – because with or without merger, they show the company’s worldwide presence and activity.
