Robot for precise spot welding, assembly and packaging tasks with a repeatability of ± 0.06mm. Organically formed components give a dynamic appearance and they ensure high mechanical torsional and bending stiffness. Smooth transitions between structural shapes improve the mechanical force transmission and increase the dynamic properties. No additional housings, every component has its technical function; ductile cast iron for components subjected to major forces and cast aluminum for dynamically stressed lightweight components. Minimized amount of material saves costly resources; weight and energy consumption is reduced, acceleration increased.

This industrial robot has almost human traits; its lines of force express the movements of the human body and are consistent with the muscles. Art and engineering come together very well here, resulting in an extremely precise tool that is nonetheless lightweight, thus saving energy. Great construction also leads to a very pleasing design esthetic.
