Discipline: Product

The IBM Pure Flex System is the first generation solution that integrates x86- and POWER7-processor based nodes, enterprise storage, networking and integrated management in one single chassis. This state of the art chassis is a 10U rack-mounted unit that accommodates 14 half-width or seven full-width server nodes. It is also a flexible mix of server and storage. Cutting-edge design combines the complexity of server technology and esthetics to make it appear simple, yet sophisticated.

This server is very professional and well organized. The mechanics work absolutely perfectly and the overall structure is very pleasing. The construction and the materials, all of which harmonize extremely well together, mean that the quality is both audible and visible. The user has a simply perfect overview of the system architecture and the rack system used in this server.
