Our strategy was to get people to recognize our product management service as an independent brand. By introducing the design concept to our service, we visualized our intangible services, sustained a positive relationship to our customers and increased our customers’ loyalty by making them recognize the value of our company. We have built our brand so that the value of our service is recognized. We created the logo “you meet heart service”, which means encountering a new fresh service, and unified the various types of documentation, such as agreements, product manuals, terms and conditions, inspection guides, service statements etc.
